This cozy old building attic apartment is very charming with open roof beams and a fireplace. Very nice, open and bright with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Two sofa beds can accommodate up to 4 adults. A travel cot + high chair can also be rented on request. The apartment could hardly be more central: - Only 5 minutes from the train station - Directly on the Bodensee circular bike path - Directly at the lake park (barbecue area, boat rental, harbor, swimming area, beach bar, restaurants...)

Also ideal for business people - underground parking 10 euros per night. 3 bikes to rent 10.-- euro per day Children are welcome and pay 30 to 15 years Great for solo travelers. Double room as a single room plus 20 euros per night per room, I'm happy

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stockach, nur 5 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Sie ist sehr hell und im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großes Schlafsofa, Eßtisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein Kinderhochstuhl. Im Schlafzimmer stehen 2 Betten, die zusammengestellt oder auch einzeln gestellt werden können. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Zur Terrasse gehört ein eigener Gartenteil mit Grill. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Six beautiful and comfortably furnished apartments have been created here in the heart of the Linzgau. 90 square meters of living space invite you to feel good, spread out, vacation! Close enough to be far enough away! Enjoy the tranquility and nature in the hinterland and the proximity to Lake Constance with its many attractions and sights! There is a lot to discover and do! :) Pets are welcome in this apartment.

A Small Private Room - Amazing Lake View

The small room (17 qm) is located on the 14th floor. The house is occupied by me and other guests. Shopping, restaurants, doctors, etc. are accessible within 1-3 km. In the communal kitchen, there is also a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, cups, glasses, cookware, electrical appliances, etc. available. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. Please note that my apartment is located near train tracks.
