Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Tiny House on Lake Constance

The cozy cottage offers you and your friends or family a cozy accommodation on Lake Constance. With lake and mountain views, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace. From our "Nurdachhaus" you only need 12 minutes on foot to the next beach. If the weather is not so good, there are spas, museums and many other excursion destinations in the area. In 2020, there's also something new for our guests: the kitchen has been rebuilt to be more spacious, brighter and more modern!

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The lovingly furnished apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with glass sliding door to the 40 sqm south-facing balcony with loungers and lounge. One large bedroom with double bed, another room with French bed (140 cm wide) + a sofa bed make the apartment perfect for families. The lake shore is only about a 3-minute walk away. A carport for bicycles is available. The parking space is right in front of the house.

In this stylish apartment with unique views of the lake and the Alps, all guests will feel comfortable. In the detached house, the lower floor is permanently rented. The entire upper floor with private entrance is offered. A spacious living room with a very large panoramic window, large balcony and individual high-quality furnishings make this special apartment for 3 to max. 4 people (with adjustable bed) to a wonderful starting point of Lake Constance.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

You will spend your stay in a colorful and cozy apartment, which has a private entrance. On the 20 sqm covered terrace with lounge in front of the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the garden, barbecue, eat or simply relax. The approximately 54 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of our 2-family house. All windows of the apartment are equipped with fly screens. Free parking is available.
