It is 50 sqm, 3 rooms and kitchen with terrace and lovely views of Gullmarn from both the terrace, kitchen and living room. The cottage has 4 beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bed. WiFi available. The living room has TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Shower,wc, washing machine, small kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Just over 2000 sqm of land consisting of lawns and forest areas. Large terrace + glazed outdoor space with view over the node. A perfect little cottage for a family of 3-4 people in a wonderful setting. Note: The neighbor has ducks that sometimes run freely, so any dog must be kept connected.

Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för tre personer.
