Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

A charming entrance features wooden doors that open to a cozy patio area. A small table and two chairs are seen, complemented by a potted plant. Large glass doors provide an inviting view of the surrounding fields.

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the neighborhood next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony (sun most of the day - south/west).

Along a private small gravel road, in the middle of the Skåne field landscape, with walking distance to Hagestad nature reserve and the water. Here, the farm is beautifully situated overlooking Rytterskulle. You will stay in our newly renovated outbuilding, equipped with everything needed for the vacation. In the surrounding garden, there are crops, flowers, berry bushes and fruit trees. Here you have access to your own patio. Note: In a separate house on the farm, we live, a family of two adults, a small child and a calm dog.

The guest house is a smaller house in the garden that was originally the whole village common freezer house! The house is about 25 square meters and has newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios.
