A unique beachfront house with panoramic view over the Baltic Sea with a spacious porch to the south. 15 minutes walk to Hagestad Nature Reserve with forests, hills, meadows and fields and long white beaches with sand dunes. A stunning view from the hills behind the house 3 bedrooms, an open living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. 5 minutes walk to a local restaurant with homemade food. 5 km from a fishing village with local restaurants and the famous Ale Stenar

Gården, byggd 1890, ligger vid en liten grusväg i en by cirka tre kilometer från havet och fiskeläget Brantevik. Välkommen till vår underbara oas i hjärtat av Österlen! Härifrån är det nära till allt Österlen har att erbjuda; stränder, sevärdheter, gallerier, restauranger.. Gästhuset är ett mindre hus i trädgården som ursprungligen var hela byns gemensamma fryshus! Huset är på ca 25 kvadrat och har nyrenoverat, fullt utrustat kök, ställbar dubbelsäng 180 cm, tv, matbord och badrum. Ett ljust och trevligt hus! Full tillgång till den stora insynsskyddade och blomstrande trädgården med flera uteplatser.

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård,”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Charmigt hus i Kåseberga

Fantastiskt boende i hjärtat av Kåseberga. Detta huset är ursprungligen den gamla brandstationen som tidigare fanns i byn, men har sedan varsamt renoverats och behållit sin charm med de råa stenväggarna, takbjälkar och vackra stengolv. En kort promenad tar dig ner till det charmiga gamla fiskeläget i hamnen. Här finns rökeri, restauranger, butiker, café och glasskiosk. Unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Gunilla und Ingemar hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen werden. Lage und Haus sind einfach super und die Organisation mit Gunilla und Ingemar hat wieder perfekt funktioniert - vielen Dank!

Supertrevligt ställe! Har inget av vikt att klaga på. Den enda lilla synpunkten vi hade som barnfamilj var att det var svårt att mörklägga på natten.

Magdalenas Unterkunft ist einfach super. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist klein, man hat trotzdem Platz und man findet hier alles, war man braucht, noch viel mehr! Das Haus ist neu und modern eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe und sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet. Magdalena ist sehr freundlich, sie beantwortete unsere Fragen im Vorfeld sehr schnell und im Laufe des Aufenthalts gab uns viele Tips. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön und ein wunderschöner Strand nur paar Minuten entfernt. Das Internet ist auch super schnell. Wir können Magdalenas Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Danke, liebe Magdalena!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Evas hus! Läget är optimalt om du vill åka runt och se olika delar utan att behöva åka alltför långt varje gång. Huset i sig är helt perfekt för att leva lantliv i Skåne samtidigt som det har allt du behöver gällande bekvämligheter. Eva var en toppenvärd som delade med sig av otroligt bra tips och alltid fanns tillgänglig så fort vi hade någon fråga. Rekommenderas varmt!

We enjoyed our stay in this warm and cozy home in the woods. it was peaceful with a joyful atmosphere. We had a choice to sleep in the nook or use the convertible sofa. Everything was clean, new and well kept. Jonas accommodated our needs in terms of check in which was really helpful. The owner is very responsive, quick to reply, very welcoming. We would recommend this place!
