Runamuk Farm

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

“A cozy, woodsy retreat with a Bigfoot twist.” Tenting is allowed for additional guests. A 10-acre farm with a cozy 10x20 cabin, one queen-sized bed, and one futon. • Proximity to Lake George, West Mountain, Gore Mountain, and Saratoga Springs • Amenities, including WIFI, TV, fire pit, BBQ grill, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, heat, and AC. • Camp has an outdoor handwashing station with running water provided by a hose, an outdoor heated shower, and a porta-potty for bathroom needs.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Welcome to The Owl’s Nest! We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

Beautifully furnished glamping tent offers two queen beds, screened porch and rear deck. Personal kitchenette in the Lodge and lovely Bath House nearby. Join us for wood-fired pizza, walk through a beautiful wildflower meadow to the cedar hot tub, take in the stars by the nightly bonfires. Pristine nearby lake for kayaking or swimming and white water rafting in the Hudson River a mile down the mountain. Enjoy breakfast and baked goods in our Bakery. Golf carts available for rent.
