The car can be parked for free in the street. It is a nice and quiet area, lovely small apartment with private entrance and everything you need, good bed, a nice bathroom and a small outdoor area. Haarlem or the beach, you can get there in no time, you can go anywhere ;). Bicycles or a moped can be rented nearby.
