Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Our family had a couple of cozy days in this charming cottage. The location is fantastic, secluded and surrounded by varied nature with proximity to the magnificent Stenshuvud National Park etc. The cottage itself is very cozy and tastefully decorated. However, it was a bit chilly when it was not warm, but it was possible to fix it by arranging a fire in the stove. The communication was good. Can recommend this place!

Good contact, responded quickly. Tour of the house with a walk-through, told us about the surroundings and what was there. A very good and nice world.
