Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

With 10 minutes car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with large patio is rented out for 3 years. The residence is about 1 minute walk from the train station which is well connected to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and on to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs there is a cafe, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to buy for departure cleaning and this you book before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!

Härifrån är det 5 minuter till naturreservatet Sträntemölla och Gyllebosjön med fiske, bad och vacker lövskog, 10 minuter till Mandelmanns gård, 10 minuter till golf, 15 minuter till havsbad och mycket annat som Österlen har att erbjuda. Det är fridfullt och lugnt. Det är lätt att trivas på Stendala gård!

Very cozy house with plenty of space in nice and quiet surroundings. Great garden and patio. Possible to walk to nearest lake with swimming area. Bed linen and laundry are not included.

Jonas’ house is bright and spacious but still cozy which we enjoyed as much as our two kids. There are large fields all around so just be aware you always need a car (or bike) to visit all the amazing beaches, small towns or the next shop (Hammenhög). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Jonas and his family were always welcoming and helpful.

A small guest house entrance is visible, framed by leafy green plants and lavender. An open door invites guests into the interior space. The exterior features a modern roof and light-colored walls, with soft drapes gently swaying in the breeze, enhancing the peaceful garden setting.

I am very pleased with my visit. Fresh cottage, own parking space (also close to train and bus) and helpful hosts. The cozy sleeping loft makes for a good night sleep. Close to all of Österlen's sights. Well worth a visit.

Full, modern house overlooking the Österlen fields

Our family of 4 including 2 young children (6yo and 3yo) had a wonderful stay at Carl's home. We had everything we needed (kitchen well equipped anf comfy beds and good strength shower) and the place was extremely cosy and very peaceful. Just perfect for our little autumn break getaway in the Örsterlen countryside. Very well placed and close to cute cafes and restaurants in the area, nature reserves and the local supermarket. We loved the outdoor hot tub, although it does take 4-5 hours to get going! (not a problem when you're on holidays and in no rush). Carl was a super communicator and gave us tonnes of local tips. Although we never met him, he was extremely friendly and always available if we were in doubt of anything. We can't fault the place! Don't miss it! Thank you 😊❤️

Beautiful old house with a nice garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Österlen. Andrea was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our family (two grown ups, one child and one dog) had a great stay and would love to come back.
