Woojin is a very friendly and helpful host. Every time we got question he will reply us very fast. The house is nice and just same as the picture. The best is very close to the Main Street but it was quiet at night. Many nice restaurant and cafe close to the house. It's prefect for a group of friend to stay Woojin's place. Thank you again Woojin and we will stay here again next time visit Seoul .

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

It is a good accommodation for the price. The host is so kind.

The accommodation was reasonably priced and well-maintained—ideal for two people, though a bit compact for three. Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. Apartment looks a little bigger than it actually is in the photos and the upper floor is quite dark. The place is still a 10/10. I felt at home after a short time. The amenities and condition of the apartment were immaculate. A beautiful view from the roof terrace, plenty of towels and everything right nearby. 7 Eleven 2 min walk. If I come to Gangnam again, I will definitely book this place again! Thank you for this lovely stay! :)

It was close to Wangsimni Station, so it was easy to go, and I was grateful that the host kindly guided me. There were plenty of beds, plenty of towels, and shower supplies, so it was really comfortable. The interior was white and clean, and the refrigerator was large, so I was satisfied enough to want to visit again and had a good time!

It's a quiet, clean, and lovely accommodation~ This is my second visit, and I'm leaving a review because there's still nothing to criticize. The sea is within walking distance, and you can see the sea beyond the terrace and the mirror in the room, and the sunrise was beautiful. It was nice to have a convenience store and coffee shop right in front of the property. The accommodation is very, very clean, and the bedding is fluffy and clean, so you can sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There's a washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, Dyson hair dryer, and air purifier, and there's a water purifier, so you don't need to buy bottled water. The kitchen utensils were well-equipped without lacking anything. It was a great place to visit with a family or group as there was a barbecue on the spacious terrace, a large table, and several beds. I felt the effort in the decoration of each space, and the hosts were on the first floor, so they took care of us right away if we needed anything. This accommodation played a big role in my healing trip, so I plan to revisit if I come back to Songdo.

It was nice to be close to the supermarket, Mongdol Beach, and the raw fish restaurant. The sea that I could see when I opened the window was so beautiful, and most of all, the accommodation felt warm, so I felt like I was visiting a friend's house. It was quiet in the evening, so it was good for resting. The host is also kind, and almost everything you need in the house is provided. Recommended!

First of all, the space was spacious and pleasant, so even if three generations gathered together, we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. What I liked most was the spacious yard, which was the best condition for our family traveling with a dog. My dog was also very happy because he could run freely in the yard and take a good walk. The accommodation was quiet overall, so it was perfect for resting, and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient when I needed something. I was able to communicate smoothly with the owner of the accommodation, and I was grateful for the quick response to my inquiries and requests. It was a comfortable stay—very convenient in many ways as well. Yoony was really responsive and hospitable. The house also looked its name, Art House. I’d stay here again! It’s a bit of a hike to get here from the bus station so those with knee problems should keep that into consideration. The alley in front is narrow so sometimes taxi drivers want you to walk where they are. That said, I’m in my 60s and did fine!

It's a very nice place to stay. The amenities, such as tableware and towels, are plentiful, and it's clean and well-structured. I particularly liked the large wooden table. It was also good for cooking and putting down your luggage. It's also great for grilling meat in the yard. The feedback was quick, and the scenery was nice. The party asked to come here next time. Thanks to the friendly host, the whole family was able to have a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The seaweed you gave me in the evening was one of the best seaweed I've had so far. Next time I go on a trip to Geojedo, of course I will choose it again.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again
