# Gian: Forest (Premium) # This is a house built on a hill overlooking Deokpo Beach, and you can use the second floor out of a total of three floors. The first floor is a Standard Room that can be used by other guests and is completely separated from the Standard Room like an apartment. (Common space X) The second floor consists of a large living room with a turntable and Marshall speakers to enjoy music, and a kitchen with each accessory looking pretty. The 3rd floor bedroom has beautiful lighting and a beam projector with a big screen like you're in a movie theater. (Netflix, Youtube Premium) It is a very quiet neighborhood, and it is good to feel the quiet and private sensibility that can be felt from abroad, and it is in a village where many foreigners live. If you want to relax in a quiet place with an ocean view, please use Gian Forest :) Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Heery moved from Hwangnidan-gil to a slightly more spacious and comfortable space near the Namsan Botanical Garden in Gyeongju. Breakfast prepared in Western or Korean style is included We provide most of the amenities, including clean bedding, air conditioning, private bathroom, shower amenities, and a hairdryer. (The accommodation fee includes breakfast.) The rate is based on 2 people per room, and an additional fee (60,000 KRW per person) will be incurred for additional guests. El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
