We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

L Hanok Stay was built as a private Hanok guesthouse in April 2023, after a year of remodeling work, following the purchase of a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add modern convenience while adding the elegance of Hanok, and we tried to add a European style to give it a variety. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located in a location where you can go to the road to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmajeong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive) around Hwangnidan-gil.
