Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone farmhouse. To get to the house, there is an uphill road not suitable for low-suspension cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The swimming pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. The whole place is completed by Tuscan furnishings with stone walls, chestnut beams, and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A large private garden completes the property.

Relax with the whole family at this mountain home surrounded by greenery. The house is located in the small village of Montefegatesi, 850 meters above sea level. It includes an entrance, a kitchen with all the comforts, and a living-dining room with a panoramic view from the terrace (TV and Wi-Fi). A bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a terrace, and a small bedroom with two beds (crib and changing table available). An outdoor courtyard with a table, umbrella, and grill.
