Kleines gemütliches Eckhaus

Offen, hell, gemütlich und ruhig. Mit Sitzplatz und kleinem Garten. Da ich nicht immer da bin, vermiete ich mein Zuhause zwischendurch. Du wirst also wohnen wie ich :-), es ist nicht ein "business apartment" dafür kommt es mit Lebens Charme daher und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich denke, es wird dir an nichts fehlen und sonst bitte danach fragen. Zu Fuss: 20 min an den schönen Greifensee für Spaziergänge, entlang dem Haus führts in die Natur, 15 m an den Bahnhof und 20 min (Zug) nach Zürich.

Liebst du schöne Natur zum Joggen und Erholen? Und bist auch schnell in der Stadt? Dann ist es hier perfekt für dich. Meine Wohnung liegt in einem hübschen Dorf mit alter Kirche, wo sogar Madonna zu Besuch war. Rundherum haben wir Felder, Hügel, Wälder mit Aussicht in die Berge. Wir sind direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Nach Zürich ist es 25 Minuten mit Bus und Zug. In meiner Wohnung wohne ich und es hat ein weiteres Zimmer für einen Gast. So findest du bei Bedarf spannende Gesprächspartner .

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Ideales Zimmer für Städtetrip oder Geschäftsreisen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Greifensee und dass Erholungsgebiet. Bei längeren Aufenthalten, werden für Neue Bettwäsche 15.00 CHF und für Neue Badetücher 5.00 Verrechnet. Dies wird vor Ort verrechnet.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.
