Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gustavia

Arguably the best kept secret on the island. Truly amazing view over Gustavia harbour, the yachts, the parties, and city lights— and without the buzzy traffic noise on the other side. We could leave the car and walk to Bonito, L’Isola, Petite Plage, Bagatelle, in under a 2 mins (5 min drive to Sella, or Nikki & NAO). Fantastic hosts with immediate response time. For 30 years we’ve always stayed in a private villa — but the convenience and view of this location will bring us back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gaétan, cette case typique de Saint-Barthélemy est aménagée avec goût. La vue est magnifique ainsi que le jardin joliment agrémenté d’arbres en fleurs. Merci à Gaetan ainsi qu’à ses parents pour leurs disponibilités et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. tout est parfait. Nous recommandons. Vivement Patrice et Catherine.

Gorgeous and serene! My family and I had such a relaxing stay here and would definitely come again. The property matches the description and is a few blocks from the beautiful beach club at Rosewood.

Passamos 5 dias maravilhosos na casa da Patrícia! Tudo foi perfeito. A localização é ótima perto de uma padaria e também do Monoprix. Todas os dias pegamos croissant de manhã! A praia ficava a alguns passos da casa! Com certeza voltaria pra essa bela casa! Teve um dia que 2 brasileiras muito simpáticas fizeram a limpeza da casa e foi muito bom! Muito obrigado Patrícia pela atenção!

Our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay again. It was all exactly as described. The bungalow was very clean and warming. Nanda was very nice and always responded to our needs. The bungalow felt secured, relaxing and peaceful. We had nice breezes throughout our stay. The driveway was nice and easy parking. We got visits from goats who stopped by for some drinking water. Which is natural of the island of St. Barths. A few land turtles came by for a little snack too. The bungalow is close to a few nice beaches and hikes. The lagoon in Cul de Sac was really nice and walking distance from the bungalow. There you can walk out on the bay see sea turtles, and many other sea life. Great snorkeling and finds. A hike around the bay on both sides are remarkable and easy to walk. Lots of nature beauty awaits. We definitely recommend Nanda’s bungalow.

First of all, I have to say I love this place. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The only things you need to be prepared is mosquito. We got a lot of mosquito bites. Make sure to rent a car upon your arrival. Specially if you arrived late in the afternoon. Not many taxi drivers want to go to the location due to unclear address. We definitely will stay here again. Jean, the house owner is very nice and helpful. He was on the phone with the taxi drive to guide him drive to the property and the next day Jean helped us to called the taxi to come and pick us up at the house to bring us back to the airport to rent a car.

I would like to start by saying we didn’t know the Airbnb wasn’t walkable but our host was amazing and helpful. We were willing to talk the hills to our Airbnb the night we arrived but Azilis was kind enough to pick us up. It wasn’t expected but we were incredibly grateful. I will know for next time! The place was secluded and perfect for what I was looking for. The outdoors merged with indoor, I felt like I was on vacation. 10/10

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. Le séjour chez Florence fut plus qu'agréable ; beau logement qualitatif et confortable, hôte attentionnée et sympathique. Le nécessaire était à disposition, géographiquement idéal... Nous recommandons à 100% !

Casa molto conviviale, pulita. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di St Barth ma in una zona molto tranquilla e locale. Lo consiglio vivamente 😊

Ângelo é um ótimo anfitrião , responde super rápido a todas as mensagens ! Seu pai Michel que também estava lá para acessorar caso precisasse é um senhor querido e muito prestativo ! Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! Jean Bernard is the consummate host! He was extremely hospitable and very quick to reply, and he was so friendly! We absolutely loved staying at his gorgeous house on the beach. It was the ideal place for our family reunion of sorts. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you want to. We lived going to the bakery up the hill and also thought the local pizza place and Vietnamese place were both great! All within walking distance though we drove to the bakery. The house is 5 minutes drive from Gustavia and has 2 parking spots if needed. Definitely rent a car for SBH. This house was gorgeous and the view of the sea from the deck is just breathtaking. We loved sitting on the deck and we used the hottub a little. We would definitely stay here again because Corossol is a gorgeous little beach that isn't crowded. Thank you JB!!

Viviane et son fils Nicolas ont été des hôtes aux petits soins pour nous . Leur logement est vraiment parfait : au calme , une vue magnifique , une piscine au top , une terrasse parfaite . studio très bien équipé . Logement fonctionnel et très propre . Parking privé très pratique On reviendra avec grand plaisir 😉😀

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Marie’s place was a great place to stay. The view of the beaches was beautiful. The sound of the waves was great to wake up to. It was close to shopping and other activities on the French side of the island I would stay again.

Le logement de Camille correspond exactement aux photos, hôte très flexible avec un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons adoré ce studio doté d’une magnifique vue, et notre seul regret est de ne avoir louer cet appartement plus tôt. Réservez les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez séjourner sur l’île tout en se sentant comme à la maison.

Super séjour pour nous. Le logement est propre et bien situé. La piscine et la plage privée à proximité sont un plus. Hôte très agréable et disponible à n’importe quel moment, il nous a aidé à faire monter nos bagages. Petit plus : étant avec un bébé, il nous a chercher un berceau. Je recommanderais à mon entourage et je reviendrai volontiers.

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.
