Vacation rentals with beach access in Gustavia

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. We had a great time with the family, the accommodation was close to the sea so ideal for a last-minute swim especially for children. Quiet village. Filipa's arrival for daily cleaning is very much appreciated. I recommend it 1000%

The place exceeded all our expectations. The location is excellent: close to everything, from stunning beaches to bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere. We were able to get around easily on foot or by car without any hassle. The property was spotless, very well equipped, and had luxurious touches that really made a difference. The host, Marie Charlotte, was kind and attentive from the very beginning. If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally located, and charming place to stay in St. Bart’s, this is the perfect spot. One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean and has the most beautiful view! A good workout to get to the apartment but worth every second when you see the view. Max was extremely friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Absolutely stunning location and property- great views, relaxing house, and very well thought out design. Felt right at home and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean made it incredibly relaxing. Well worth the money.

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

Emmanuelle’s place was absolutely wonderful- truly even better than the photos! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Julien met us at the airport and brought us straight to the house, and he did the same for our departure. The home itself was beautifully arranged, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Despite its central location, it felt very private and peaceful, with a lovely view and great separation between the rooms, giving everyone their own space. Julien was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations and always being available when needed. This place is totally worth the price- if not more!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Terrace with such a beautiful and quiet view that we preferred to cook and dine on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Quality dishes and kitchen utensils. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Television with French stations. Adapters for power outlets. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays) and what about the 3 km beach which is cleaned every day. In summary we had a wonderful week!

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

Exactly what the ad says is what you get. Perfect if you’re single or a couple with cozy but very accommodating amenities. Location is ideal for staying put or getting out exploring the island. Nice bonus is having a small store available with Mont Vernon Pizzeria next door with wonderful people who work there. I had a fantastic time trying to incorporate as much as possible.

Such a beautiful condo with an incredible view! I felt right at home and slept like a baby. The beds are comfortable, the space was spotless, and Jayne was very responsive in our communication. Plus, it’s a great location but I would definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!
