We spent few days at this beautiful place. It’s very comfortable, air conditioning in every room, perfect for few friends or family. The yard was fun for our toddler and the beach is just few meters away. Hosts are responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others.

We stayed at modern apartments on the coast of the Black Sea, just a 200-meter walk to the water. The apartments were great, offering good views of the lush green surroundings and the sea from our windows. They were very comfortable and furnished in a minimalistic style. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the nearest grocery shop was just 300 meters away and open 24 hours. The only minor disappointment for us as mature swimmers was that the lifeguards preferred everyone to stay in waist-deep water, limiting our swimming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft, als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen. Die Unterkunft ist neu erbaut, das komplette Interieur ist neu. Sämtliche Geräte und Utensilien für die Küche als auch Waschküche sind ebenfalls im tadellosen Zustand. Alle bewohnbaren Räume waren klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt nochmals schöner hat machen lassen. Zum Strand sind es keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß den nötigsten Lebensmittelbedarf erhält man von einem kleinen Supermarkt in circa 300 m Entfernung . Der Gastgeber war sehr schnell beim Antworten und hat sämtliche Fragen proaktiv beantwortet und Unklarheiten beseitigt. Wir können die Unterkunft als auch den Gastgeber mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

Well situated place next to farmers market. Good heating, in winter season that was very important. Clean and well decorated, nicely equipped kitchen. Super nice bed with good down comforter, soft fitting sheets. I loved everything and will be happy to come back.
