Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gunnison

We have stayed at many locations and this was by far our favorite. We are always apprehensive about staying in a location that is in someone’s home but this location is very private, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

The space had everything you could need. I could have been comfortable there a long time. Home decos were cheerful and bright. Best towels-I want some for home! Supplies were focused on sustainability. Nice to have laundry as we were mid-trip.

Great stay, both a good location and a nicely furnished place. If I had to pick some gripes for picky potential tenants, the front door doesn’t seal at all, the living room furniture was pretty dusty, and there was no receiver/amplifier for the sound system (only TV speakers). But ultimately, the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, and overall cleanliness made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Would stay again for the current price.

Loved the location & CB South community. Walked to great coffee, brewery, and restaurant. Creek in front is pretty too

Molly's apartment was exactly as advertised. She and her husband were attentive and responsive, and absolutely lovely. The home is petite and perfect; amazing views of Mt Sopris and right on the river. Molly and Aaron pumped the tyres of their bikes and we were able to ride around the neighbourhood. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we felt so at home. Thank you Molly! Happy to recommend you 100%.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonja's place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great and very convenient. Sonja was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay, making everything easy and stress-free. She even allowed us to check in early, which was extremely helpful and made a big difference for us. I truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Glenwood Springs. Would definitely come back!

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed! The location is central to everything - the river, great restaurants, and we could see the mountains from bed. My husband had the best sleep the entire trip while we were here, it was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and very quiet, we didn't see or hear anyone else during our stay. We'd love to return to town and would stay here again!

We loved the location and enjoyed the wildlife. We had deer in the backyard and ducks in the river. The backyard was a peaceful place to relax and there was plenty of seating outside. The house was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from restaurants. This was a great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this house and property! The views were breathtaking and the inside of the house was so nice and really comfortable. Really cool drive to it! An ideal place to relax - we didn’t have to leave to have the best time. Zoey is awesome and so responsive and accommodating! Definitely bring fixings for s’mores with the fire pit. Overall could not be happier with our stay and definitely recommend :)

This is an attractive house set within beautiful countryside. The house was very comfortable, roomy, well appointed and clean. We used the barbecue every night and ate outside on the patio - just perfect. Barb and David were welcoming hosts and happy to help.

Ellie's place is great. Her home is comfortable and has all the amenities you might need. Although there's curbside parking in the front, I took advantage of the private parking in the back. The fireplace added a nice touch in the early mornings and evenings. I felt right at home immediately, and even after a weeklong stay, I can't think of anything this home is missing. I highly recommend it!

This beautiful home worked out perfectly for our family getaway with seven people. Absolutely incredible, breathtaking views. If you need anything, great response time from the hosts. I’d highly recommend!

Good location close to town and Hartmans. Really nice outdoor space. Great for dogs with fenced in back yard. We cooked 2 nights- the kitchen is well stocked.

3rd time staying here. If you are looking to just decompress and relax, this is definitely the place. Just amazing views from every room as well as all the decks! We cooked most our meals at the house (very well stocked kitchen supplies, spices, etc.) but it is a quick drive down to the valley to get to restaurants if you want. Also, many great places to hike around the area. Daniel is also very responsive if you have any questions. Will be back for a 4th time next year!

We fell in love with Crestone almost 3 years ago. When we had the opportunity to return, we couldn’t miss it! Jessica provided an amazing space for a peaceful and quiet retreat. I adore Spanish / Adobe style homes, so it is always a treat to be able to stay in such a beautiful place like Jessica’s! Thank you, Jessica, for the amazing stay. I couldn’t recommend this place / area more!!

We had a great stay! This property is so nice and exactly as described! No detail is overlooked! Smalls snacks, coffee, extra toiletries if you forgot anything are all provided! So many nice extras to make your stay nice and easy! Great location to shopping and restaurants! We would definitely stay again!!

This condo was PERFECT for a spring break ski week at Crested Butte. It’s right at the base, close to Red Lady lift and Silver Queen lift. The kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep and the bed was insanely comfortable. Eric was responsive and quick with fixes for any issues we encountered. If you’re here to read about the August Home app: relax. Just download it before you arrive and it’ll work just fine. You’re more likely to lose a physical key than your phone. We’ll definitely be looking for Eric’s place the next time we’re in the area!

Lovely place to stay in Crested Butte for two people. Short drive to town. Beautiful view from the balcony. Place is as described. Would definitely stay again.

Erin's place is a ten minute walk to the two main ski lifts, or a 3-5 minute bus ride, making it a perfect place to stay while enjoying the slopes. Easy to find and access, Erin's place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub felt great after two full days of skiing and offered beautiful views of the slopes. The location offered free bus service to mountain village where you can also connect to access the town of Crested Butte, which means you don't need to drive anywhere. Erin was quick to respond when needed. All-in-all, Erin's place was perfect for what we needed.
