Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 story private guesthouse that sleeps a travel group of 3-4. The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Outdoor hot-tup, kitchen and all essentials to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 15 minute walking distance from the beach, 3-4 minutes by car. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-storey villa with Lebiderya sea view are rented. My house is located in Geriş, a quiet area of Yalıkavak. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
