Charming log house close to lovely beach.

Only 400 meters from Gedesby's child-friendly sandy beach is the Nyager house, an original Norwegian log house with interiors of personal flea finds and decorated with retro wooden furniture that gives the house a lovely scent of pine. The house on the large property is surrounded by blackberry bushes and trees. The long driveway is shared only by 3 holiday houses and the view is for trees and shrubbery. Enjoy the large wooden terrace with an outdoor kitchen or take a nap in the hammock and let the tranquility of your holiday sink. 🤗

Cozy family friendly cottage on enclosed grounds

Small, cozy, family-friendly summerhouse on enclosed grounds with old trees 550 meters from one of DK's best (child-friendly) bathing beaches. The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching DVD movies (for children and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox as well as a covered terrace. There are bikes for a ride in Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The house must be left in the same condition as when you receive it. Cozy house of 105 M2, located in the beautiful Marielyst about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach. The kitchen living room is large, open and modernly decorated, it contains dining room, living room with sofa, sofa bed and wood-burning stove with glass front that spreads coziness and warmth. It is 1 km to the nearest grocery store and 1.5 km to Bøtøskoven, Marielyst square 4km. The private garden (natural plot) is enclosed by trees. Electricity, heating and water are not included and are settled according to actual consumption.

Wonderfully bright cottage close to forest and beach

Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Large new summerhouse, 200m to beach

Cottage of 150 sqm, located on a beautiful natural plot with south facing terrace. The house is located 200 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches at Marielyst. The house is thoroughly renovated and extended (2022/23) and is furnished with living room, dining area, open kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms with sleeps 8 and a sauna. Washer and dryer. The terrace is partially covered, so lunch can be enjoyed in the shade, and cool summer evenings can be extended by the fireplace.

New nordic : Cozy cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.

It is suitable for up to 6 people (2 people live in the main house and 4 in the adjoining building). The house is located on a large, cozy natural plot that is fenced. The house: -is suitable for 6 people. 1 masterbedroom (2), 2 smaller rooms (2) (2). -has a well-functioning kitchen with dishwasher. -har bathroom with shower, and access to washer/dryer - is equipped with 2 heat pumps/air conditioners. -has fire alarm in all rooms. No animals or smoking in the house! -has a large child-friendly garden, with room for play and ball games. -The house is not accessible.
