If you are looking for a real cottage atmosphere, you will get an authentic charming cottage that has just been renovated. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. Nysted has a nice beach with a swimming pier – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 bedroom with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven and stove. Toilet/bathroom with shower. Hairdryer The apartment is close to Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.

This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is located in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a very unique area. There is rich wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.
