The sleeping house has a double bed with its own entrance and the bathhouse offers a walk-in shower for tranquility and relaxation. From the kitchen you go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min walk to the beach/water and communal swimming pool in the summer. Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Summerhouse in nordic design with many activities

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a convection oven with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine + Nespresso machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. Nørrevang house - southwest wooden terrace

My place is close to the beach and with a central and quiet location in Marielyst city and yet only about 500 meters from the amazing beach. Rema 100m Cozy little garden and sunny terrace to the southwest with afternoon and evening sun. One of the best located houses on Nørrevang. For the large family/friends, the neighboring house can also be rented as we own both houses and thus access to each other's gardens. See picture of map -it's no.34 Final cleaning required
