Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The house is furnished with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 annex with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with dining area and cozy wood-burning stove. There is a heat pump in the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are brought by the tenant. The house is cleaned after using the tenant. Family-friendly cottage close to beach

Lovely bright cottage with sunny covered terrace. Living room and fully equipped kitchen in one as well as three smaller rooms, one with double bed (140x200) and two with bunk beds, which are best suited for children. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. If it rains, there are plenty of toys, games, and books. TV in the living room with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+ etc. In the garden there is a good trampoline and the beach is only 10 min. away on foot. We expect you to leave the house neat and tidy. Consumption incl. in the rent.

Stylish and pleasantly decorated wooden summer house, located on a lovely piece of land in quiet surroundings, and close to the forest and lovely sandy beach. Spacious living room combined with open kitchen. The house has both a covered and open terrace. There's a fold-out couch in the living room, and two rooms with double beds. The summer house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. In addition, there is 1. Cot. The holiday home includes 10 m2 covered terrace, and 80 m2 lovely large wooden terrace with barbecue, and outdoor furniture.

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation in 2021, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. New nordic : Cozy cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.
