My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all accessible on foot. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wooden house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a living room of 25 m2 including a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11 m2 with private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
