One day stay but great. The apartment is very airy , clean, a beautiful terrace and exceptional views of the mangrove with a beautiful fresh wind that blows all day. The host responds quickly and is very kind; the staff are very courteous. Nice location, close to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa, responsive and welcoming host

This is a good place and very quiet to rest . It's as shown in the photos. I also recommend Ousmane to find a garbage room instead of the summer garbage cans in Louis Rivière because it's not good for the environment.

We booked the accommodation the same day for a mishap with our luggage and the host welcomed us showing many facilities. Also, there was someone who picked us up and took us to the apartment. The house was equipped with bathroom and rooms, as well as fresh water to drink. Very good experience .

Overall, a well appointed apartment in a very secure updated building in Camayenne, only 10-15 minutes to Kaloum business district by moto taxi. There’s everything you need for a long- or short-term stay: big kitchen, functioning AC units, lovely balcony, good tv/living room setup. The neighborhood is great; you can find anything you need within walking distance, including moto taxis who frequently park opposite the building. I did have a few issues with the electricity during my stay, but Mathias was very responsive and helped fix them quickly. Also note there are cockroaches - you will need to spray insecticide somewhat regularly, especially in the kitchen area. This is, in my experience, fairly standard for waterfront properties in West Africa.

Clean comfortable safe apartment with amenities including hot water in the shower, washing machine, electric cooker and microwave and fridge, good air conditioning. Option to use generator when the power goes.

Mouctar always responded quickly House was nicely decorated always power Air conditioning and everything you need At the bottom of the house there is a man who guards the house so that also gives a feeling of security And I also have to say it is in a quiet neighborhood where not much happens so you feel safe because of that.. in short I thought it was a very pleasant stay!!

Great place for a great price, its worth the money. The area is safe, easy to remember and find and the locals are friendly. The owner was fast at replying to me and handled any problems or questions i had about the home in a timely manner. If you are a tourist i would recommend staying here ! very safe and i plan on renting again.
