300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Accommodation in a residence in the center of Guilvinec, 700 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a large private and enclosed garden; a private swimming pool, heated and secure, and treated with salt (no chlorine), a large terrace, and a veranda. Open from April to the end of October. The accommodation offers beautiful spaces and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Our house is located on the beach: from all the rooms you will have panoramic ocean views. It is pleasant in all seasons: bathed in sunshine in summer and cozy in winter thanks to the stove. You can explore the entire Bigouden region along the nearby coastal trails, visit Guilvinec, Penmarc'h, Pont l'Abbé, take surf lessons at La Torche... or just do nothing and contemplate the ocean from the veranda.

My place is close to the bakery (200 m), the supermarket (200 m) and the beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you'll love the house for its comfort and tranquility. In the garage, you will find bicycles for the whole family at your disposal.
