On the ground floor: bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to two small attic bedrooms.

Waterfront house!

Brittany as you dreamed of it! It is an old fisherman's house that we have just rebuilt and which will be the place of your unforgettable vacation! Overlooking the beach of Men meur, it will allow you to go swimming, or fishing or go to the market on foot, or to the port to pick up your langoustines that the fishing boats have just dropped off, or to take long walks by bike or on foot along the coast... or simply do nothing but admire the ocean right in front of you!

150 m2 accommodation in a residence in the center of Guilvinec, 700 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a 1000 m2 private garden. A private, heated and secure salt-treated (no chlorine) pool, a large 190 m2 terrace, and a veranda. Open from April to end of September. The rest of the year and only a Jacuzzi is available. It offers beautiful spaces, and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

Cozy 60 m2 house completely renovated.

Enjoy a fully renovated fisherman's house with enclosed garden. You will have a peaceful stay. In 5 minutes' walk, you can reach the fishing port, the Tuesday and Sunday market as well as all the shops in the city center. Less than 15 minutes' drive away, you can also go to Pointe de la Torche, as well as Pointe de Penmarch and admire its magnificent coastline. The beaches of the coast are also well served, on foot, by bicycle or by car.
