Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Guilderton

We had a wonderful stay at Leeann’s cottage! It was the perfect location—literally the closest house to the sand dunes, which made it incredibly convenient for spontaneous trips out to explore. The cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed building fires in the fireplace, playing board games and puzzles, and watching the kids burn off their remaining energy on the trampoline after full days at the dunes. The only minor drawback was that the hot water didn’t quite stretch to cover both bathrooms being used at the same time, but with so much to do and enjoy, waiting for your turn to shower wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything else more than made up for this small inconvenience. Leeann was responsive and graciously allowed us to take our time to check out which gave us another lovely, unhurried day at the dunes before heading home. Highly recommended!

Family of 4 with 2 children. We like this place so much and truly enjoyed our stay. The whole place is so beautifully decorated at every corner and smells amazing with the aroma scents! Thanks Michelle & Brad for being a great host and offering local recommendations for place of interests and restaurants. We would stay here again when we come back to Perth :)

We had an excellent 9-night stay at Karen's Hocking house. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's my 3rd stay in Karen's house. We will definitely consider to stay there again if we visit Perth in future.

We had a great stay. The house and grounds were great for family. The area is quiet and there is plenty of space for kids to explore and enjoy. Will definitely keep in mind for another family get together.

It's always a pleasure staying at Malcolm's place. He is a very accommodating and considerate host. His home is cosy and tidy. It's our go to place to stay whenever we are in Two Rocks.

We had a lovely stay at Maree’s. New, modern and spacious. Extra amenities in the kitchen like food wraps, garlic, sauces etc and a little welcome pack. Bedrooms were very big, block out curtains appreciated :) Large undercover area at the front was nice. Super quiet location with the beach a few houses away. Local shops also an easy walk. Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.

The location is absolutely stunning — just steps from the water, with peaceful views and the soothing sound of waves as the perfect backdrop to a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless and cozy. Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying coffee on the deck was a daily highlight. Our host was fantastic — incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape by the sea with a gracious host and easy stay, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Beautiful beach house style home very welcoming and modern. One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Easy to park. Super comfortable bed and soft bed linen high quality and soft towels. Everything you need and close to burns beach area walking distance or short drive. Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved our stay at Sherri’s place. We enjoyed hearing the birds singing outside our windows. We were high up by the tops of the trees. We had a lot going during our stay and would have liked spending more time in our peaceful retreat and at Mullaloo beach nearby, but we treasure whatever time we had there. We highly recommend Sherri’s place!
