Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. We were very nicely received by Stefano. Everything you need was in the apartment. On the terrace, we could enjoy the great view over the vineyards for breakfast and dinner. If you want, you can eat the delicious Sorpressa, Coppa and Pancetta at Stefano's. Of course, the great Prosecco should not be forgotten. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car. I'm sure we'll be back.

This place is just amazing! You will not regret booking here. Dario, Annalisa’s brother who lives next door, was just so helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of, including a cold local Prosecco in the fridge which was delicious! We explored the vineyards and just relaxed on the terrace. The views are spectacular. We travelled with our three small children and they had the best time. Highly recommend!

I was on vacation in this house from January 2 to 6, 2025. I'll start with: great location, close to the center of Valdobbiadene within walking distance, plus the house is located in a really quiet place; the house is beautiful and reflects exactly the photos you see in the listing, comfortable and cozy, warm and clean, with all the comforts you need; and then let's talk about Mrs. Giusy I have to say an excellent person, she makes you feel immediately at ease and advises you on places to visit or tells you where you can go to eat, in short if you need something you can ask her. We'll definitely be back, thanks again for a great vacation. Delfina and Claudio.

The stay at Marusca’s place was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and tidy. It was a great home away from home. The location was fantastic, with beautiful nature, famous Venetian villas, and lovely osterias only a short drive away, making it easy to explore the area. Marusca was very thoughtful and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. We booked Mihaela's place just as a stopover. Which was almost a shame, because as already written in the other reviews, the accommodation is really great. Everything is available that your heart desires, lovingly and stylishly furnished, just like in the photos. The communication with Mihaela was very easy and direct. We really enjoyed it! Thank you!
