Beachfront views of Rye Bay, with EV charger.

AndreaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house is stunning, the layout is perfect and was spotless. Level 1 kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony. Level 2 bedrooms. Level 3 attic room with chairs, binoculars and great views (each level has great views!) We were a group of 4 although if 8, the size and layout would have allowed us to have our own space. The bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, a large family bathroom and all with sea views. Watching sunrise over the ocean and the dawn morning bird chorus transported me to tropical holiday vibes. The house overlooks gardens, bluebells and iris were in bloom. Down the house steps and after about 50 metres you are on the sea wall/beach. Jo and Andrew have been great hosts, great communication prior to our trip and provided a welcome pack of really useful local information, thank you for the snacks and wine. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the ocean and world go by was the perfect way to start the trip. If I ever return to Hastings, first stop would be to try and rebook this AirBNB

The property was absolutely lovely - was so clean and beautiful. It’s opposite a stunning view with beautiful nature. The tennis court and rackets were great fun, the kitchen has everything you need and Kendra was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and private, and very well situated for Rye and Hastings. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Stunning beachfront house at Pett Level - sleeps 6

CliveRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We head down to the Sussex coast for a family weekend. It was built around a gift of a visit to Tillingham winery. Castle Fort matched our expectations perfectly…. Sea views and sounds, huge open planning living area, very appointed…. A home from home by the sea It was practically perfect. We had one small hiccup. I think we were the first guests for quite a while and the water system pressure was low, which challenged us on the first night but Georgina stepped up and we solved the problem This is a perfect spot if you want to explore the delights of Rye, what a find Very comfortable with everything you could ever want in a holiday let Definitely will return
A well-equipped kitchen is showcased, featuring light wooden countertops and neutral-colored cabinetry. A large farmhouse sink is positioned beneath a window, framed by checked curtains. Open shelves display glassware, while a kettle and other appliances are neatly arranged on the countertop.

Stunning Rural Holiday Cottage

Julie AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stayed for 3 days, wish we could have stayed longed was a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The place is comfortable clean and tidy, loved the style, has everything you need. Rebecca was an excellent host, friendly and helpful, suggesting things around to visit. Introduced our two small girls to Bubbles the puppy and very kindly let them see the two newly born baby foals. Delightful place to stay, perfect place to get away.

The Pump House, East Sussex, Airbnb with gardens.

ChloeRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had an absolutely perfect stay at The Pump. The photos do not do it justice, the property is beautiful and full of light. We were only there for two nights but it felt like a home from home and we would've stayed much longer if we could. Very welcoming hosts, there was wine, bread, marmalade, etc. for us on arrival which was lovely. Lots of board games to keep you busy even in the rain. The wood burning hot tub is an obvious perk, and Brian was very responsive and proactive with keeping it at the perfect temperature for us. We would recommend to anyone hoping for a relaxing escape to the country. Thank you very much to Brian and Francesca for making it such a memorable stay.
A serene woodland scene is displayed, with trees rising gracefully from a carpet of vibrant bluebells. The rich green foliage surrounds the area, enhancing the natural beauty of the landscape, while soft light filters through the branches, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Stable Cottage

EmmaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Cute little cottage in beautiful surroundings. Really well kitted out. Loved lighting the log burner each evening and getting cosy. Would recommend the 1066 nature walk, heading into Rye, Battle Abbey and Camber Sands. A good spot from which to explore a lovely area. Janette was a friendly host who was really responsive when I had a query.
