Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

La Gitana. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Magníficas vistas y panorámica de Granada para poder disfrutar de veladas románticas en pareja. Perfectamente comunicado, habiendo una parada de autobús a 25 metros de la casa, ademas si lo desea disponemos de un servicio de parking a 20€ la noche. Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
