My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. The shower had great water pressure—always a plus—and everything was well-maintained. What really set this place apart were the stunning views; I could have spent hours just taking them in. The hosts were also excellent—quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, beauty, and great hospitality all in one!

Es aún más hermoso que en las fotos y volvería mil veces!! Pros: Puedes ver el amanecer desde el balcón y estar rodeado de mucha naturaleza en toda la estadía. Los paisajes son hermosos!! La comida del restaurante es rica. Acceso directo al lago. Pasan lanchas públicas siempre por lo que puedes movilizarte con facilidad. Contras: puedes encontrarte con arañas grandes y escorpiones así que prepárate mentalmente. Hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

Rarely do I find an Airbnb where I feel instantly at home, find everything I need, and never want to leave, but that is exactly what this place is. The view is what drew me, but the home itself is nothing short of perfect. A beautiful balcony overlooking the lake, with breathtaking sunrises, windows that open and let in the morning light, the apartment is perfect. Kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking, along with a few spices, French press, etc. Nothing more magical than your morning coffee with a volcano view. It is located up a small hill (which is pretty steep), but tuk-tuks can take you up if preferred. Felt very safe as a solo traveler, quiet, relaxing. Graciela, the housekeeper, is lovely and does an impeccable job. Apartment was spotless. There may be a few creatures that make an appearance, saw one scorpion, but it is normal for the area. Mosquito net around bed keeps you protected at night. All in all, I am so sad to leave, but STAY HERE. You won’t regret it.

Kenny fue súper amable y atento, nos dio muy buenos consejos. El alojamiento es justo como se ve en las fotos, muy limpio, cómodo y con una vista espectacular, además, muy céntrico, el muelle público a escasos metros y lleno de restaurantes alrededor.

Es un excelente lugar, nosotros lo tomamos entre semana y estuvo casi que exclusivo para nosotros, piscina muy grande, limpia, todo en el apartamento funciona perfectamente y es muy limpio. Estuardo le apoya a uno inmediatamente y siempre estuvo al tanto. A los alrededores hay de todo, a pocos minutos hay un super24, las tiendas de los alrededores venden verduras y frutas y a unos 15 minutos había un poblado con carnicerías y de todo para comprar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocio's place, the views are absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. Would love to return one day!

Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous, it comfortably slept all of us in the 4 large bedrooms. The bathrooms showers had great pressure and heat. Rudy and Maria were fantastic and Attentive to all our needs and made the best meals. The pool was definitely needed and we had a great time enjoying all the lake had to offer. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage in El Paredón! The private pool was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to great restaurants. The location was ideal and njust steps to the beach.. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing beach escape!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.

Hébergement merveilleux. Magnifique maison avec cuisine entièrement équipée, lits confortables, air climatisé dans chaque chambre, balcon et belle vue, belle piscine, bel emplacement sur la plage. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

This place is truly amazing! A beautiful, peaceful sanctuary upon the lake! The view is incredible, the staff are wonderful and kind! The restaurant is perfect! We loved taking out paddleboard. I could not recommend more!

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.

Me encantó mi estadía! Es un lugar mágico pero sobre todo me encantó la amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo Noelia y don Vicente. Regresaría sin dudarlo! Además llevaba a mi bebé de 10 meses y él se disfrutó todo ya que era un entorno super tranquilo . Lo único que me gustaría es que el restaurante estuviera abierto hasta un poco más tarde porque todo estaba realmente rico. 10/10 !

Muy buena estadía, cómoda y amigable. La casa igual que las fotos lindo todo, condominio privado y seguro. Rodrigo siempre atento a nosotros un gusto haber estado en el apartamento.
