Mayra and her entire team were EXCEPTIONAL for lack of better words. I have never experienced anywhere else in the world the personalized, kind, and efficient service Mayra provides to her guests. The level of care and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The place was astonishingly beautiful, private and quiet. Perfect for a personal or family retreat. Very nice accommodation. The room had everything I needed and the bed was really comfortable. The kitchen and common areas were well equipped. The bathroom was large and clean. The Airbnb is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small tienda next door. It’s peaceful and quiet at night and the views of the volcanos from the rooftop are awesome. It’s an easy walk to the center but the location doesn’t have any of the noise from the city. It’s perfect for short or long term stays. And the host was friendly and made everything super easy.

I loved staying at the hotel. Fortunately, the person who was there before me left early and they were flexible with me by letting me check in early. I was able to leave my bags at the front desk before and they gave me time to pick them up after check-out. Super friendly, I liked the area too. I would have liked to stay one more night.
