Enjoy our accommodation located a few meters from the lake, close to restaurants and the Santiago Atitlán pier. Our location is perfect, close to everything and in a quiet, safe environment, accessible for walking and relaxing. *NOTE* From June to November, we will be remodeling the second floor, so there will be a little noise from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The rest of the afternoon and evening will not affect the tranquility and peace of a well-deserved rest.

If you like oceanfront sunsets, natural environments, and comfort without luxury, you'll love our house. It has its own pool, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom (4 people per room), palm trees and a spectacular view. Our house has fresh water that comes from a nearby well. The pool is also freshwater. The house's kitchen is very well equipped. We frequently renew pots, pans, cutlery and others so that they are always in optimal condition.
