Everything was very clean and tidy, 10/10 service. A nice house, just as in the photos, very good view, very conveniently located, close to the Conceptio hotel where I recommend going for breakfast. The only negative aspect we could find was that there is an unpleasant smell in the environment, I think from a coffee farm, but for everything else I will come back at some other time.

Irving was a great host! Very accommodating and helpful. We were able to easily arrange a hike for Pacaya Volcano with his help. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay! Great hosts

This is my second time staying at this location and was able to get a good deal. Love the location as it's right in town and there is parking near by as well. This time we got the breakfast and it was perfect! I would come back to this place again. Host and team are very responsive and communicated timely. Thank you!

Rony was excellent, he answers quickly, and is very kind and friendly. Place was great. I found a couple of areas that were not cleaned and quite a few ants. The beach is a bit far in our opinion and dirty, but it's not something that's up to Rony. Rony's customer service is excellent, he deserves a thousand stars🌟. And the guy who was working on the house and cleaning the pool was very kind, he brought us hoses and helped us go to the store for things. Our stay was very enjoyable. The super 24 is nearby, if you need anything you can go in a hurry. My dogs loved the place, they felt safe and so did our children. I'll recommend the place to more people. Thanks Rony

It’s a good place. It’s very center little bit noisy because of the church in front other than that everything was great. I will stay there again.

beautiful accommodation in my beautiful land I recommend it 100% ...communication with the host first....security in the establishment at 100 and within the apartment everything necessary for daily living....and technology is not said everything first.... it will be my first choice in a new visit.

The stay with Llemo and Vilma was excellent. Son muy amigables y simpaticxs. Son muy atentxs, aseguraban que teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. El cuarto estaba muy limpio. Llemo también es guía y nos arregló una subida al volcán San Pedro. Me pareció también excelente la oportunidad de compartir espacio con una familia que es de San Pedro, y que pudo compartir de su cultura y su conocimiento del lugar, en vez de que nos quedáramos en un hotel puesto por extranjeros. Our stay with Llemo and Vilma was excellent. They are very kind and friendly. They are very attentive; they made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was very clean. Llemo is also a guide and he arranged a trip up the San Pedro volcano for us. I also thought it was great to be able to share space with a family that’s from San Pedro, and was able to share their culture and their knowledge of the area with us, rather than staying in a hotel run by people from outside Guatemala.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

Julisa's apartment is well located and that makes your stay in Guatemala City pleasant.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

From the time I reserved with Ana Lucrecia, she was very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure everything was clear prior to arriving. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a change of plans last minute and didn't stay at her location, however, she was extremely understanding and still made herself available if we needed anything while in Guatemala. While I unfortunately can't speak about her place since we had to cancel last minute, I can say with complete confidence that Ana Lucrecia goes above and beyond the call to make sure you not only have a pleasant stay but an extraordinary experience while in Guatemala. She even checked in with us to make sure things were going well on the trip days after our reservation. I highly recommend Ana Lucrecia if you want someone who truly cares about your experience.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. We absolutely loved this beautiful place! The accommodation was lovely, and the host was always responsive and friendly, which really made our stay even better. The surroundings were stunning and so peaceful by the lake, we truly enjoyed every moment. We’d definitely love to stay here again! 😄

We only stayed one night at Due's place but it was one of the best of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and although the accommodation is out of the way we were able to get around without a problem!! The service is spotless and we recommend it!

Elsa is a very friendly host. She made great effort to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The meals she makes were tasty, served in variety, and enough to feel satisfied and not hungry afterwards. The room I stayed in was spacious even with with a queen bed, desk, cabinets, and a chair. I felt right at home staying in Elsa's house. I would definitely recommend her house to feel comfortable and learn more about the local culture.

The space is private with a shared courtyard, rooftop balcony and kitchen with rooms encircling the beautiful courtyard. There is someone on staff at the front desk all day and into the evening to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. The rooftop balcony is a wonderful space to have a bottle of wine and Watch the sunset. Close to shops and restaurants this is a great location in Antigua. The bathroom did not have ventilation was the only minor critique, but a fan was provided to keep circulating the room. Would come back again!

Palacio de Dona Beatriz is in a secure gated community. It is very safe and quiet. The facility is more beautful than the photos. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfasts were outstanding and generous. We booked out the whole place for my family to stay while attending my son's wedding. We were busy, with odd hours and stressed at times. The staff was flexible and smoothed the way for us. Everyday! If you think Palacio de Dona Beatriz will meet your needs I would look no further. They have my highest recommendation!
