The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. Très bonne expérience. C’était très propre et il n’y a eu aucun problème de communication. Le seul problème sont les travaux juste à côté, et qui commençait très tôt. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné, mais il reste qu’on peut s’attendre à mieux pour ce prix. Sommairement, nous avons passé un bon moment, et nous recommandons ce RBNB, surtout pour la proximité avec la plage.

Es aún más hermoso que en las fotos y volvería mil veces!! Pros: Puedes ver el amanecer desde el balcón y estar rodeado de mucha naturaleza en toda la estadía. Los paisajes son hermosos!! La comida del restaurante es rica. Acceso directo al lago. Pasan lanchas públicas siempre por lo que puedes movilizarte con facilidad. Contras: puedes encontrarte con arañas grandes y escorpiones así que prepárate mentalmente. Hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

This apartment is s great deal for staying in San Pedro. Easy check in, responsive host, 10/10 location, beautiful outdoor space, well priced. Kenny helped us get s shuttle directly to airport after our stay and always answered immediately any questions that we may have had. Perfect Airbnb for a few days in San Pedro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocio's place, the views are absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the fireplace upstairs. Would love to return one day!

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning home on Lake Atitlán. The views of the lake and volcanoes are truly breathtaking — photos can’t capture just how magical it feels in person. The house itself is beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for spending a relaxing week. The kitchen is well-stocked, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. It is a bit of a hike up to the house, but Ventura (the house manager), his son Randy, and Captain Martín made our arrival and departure seamless. In my opinion, as long as you’re physically able to walk up to the house on your own — about a five-minute uphill hike after taking a tuctuc as far as the street will take you — you’ll be totally fine. They provided plenty of help with bags and anything else we needed both on the way in and out, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Restaurants and stores in town close early, so good to keep some food and snacks in the house. Once you arrive you won’t want to leave!

Spacious home with incredible views, we all felt at home and comfortable. While slightly out of the tourist core, it was only a short tuk tuk away or a nice stroll into the busy area. Highly recommend.

¡Una estadía increíble! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este rancho rústico. El lugar es muy privado e íntimo, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Aunque tiene un estilo campestre, cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La piscina fue uno de nuestros lugares favoritos: es pequeña, pero el agua tiene una temperatura espectacular, perfecta para disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. Además, el anfitrión fue un host súper atento, siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Se mantuvo en contacto constante con nosotros y respondió rápidamente cualquier duda o necesidad que tuvimos. Eso hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, volveríamos. ¡Recomendado al 100% para quienes buscan privacidad, comodidad y un ambiente acogedor!

Sin duda una casa a la que volveríamos con mi familia, el área bastante amplia, con área verde la cancha de voleibol cuenta con balón, la piscina muy amplia y salida directa al mar, amplio parqueo para varios carros (íbamos 3), el aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección para cada área, la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario, en nuestra estadía no había televisor, pero no hacía falta ya que había mucho que disfrutar del lugar, un lugar al que regresaremos en una próxima ocasión.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.

Hébergement merveilleux. Magnifique maison avec cuisine entièrement équipée, lits confortables, air climatisé dans chaque chambre, balcon et belle vue, belle piscine, bel emplacement sur la plage. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

We enjoyed Juan’s place. It was clean and the resort was fantastic. We had a minor issue with the bathroom and Juan’s team came and took care of it. Thanks for the great stay.

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.
