Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Just a short distance from Tuscany’s art cities and the sea, we are located in an area of great interest for its flora and wildlife, surrounded by historic villas and protected by landscape conservation regulations. The road leading to our property, about 0.6 miles long, is part of this heritage; it cannot be paved and is somewhat uneven. To reach us you will have to make a small effort, which can be faced with any car. You will find in return silence, tranquility and our hospitality.

La Mediterranea

Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.
