The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Country house, peace and nature, under the Maiella

Welcome to Agricasa Caprafico, our family's farmhouse since 1924, immersed in greenery and silence at the foot of the Maiella. Your room has a double bed (plus a single bed on request), a private bathroom and kitchen: space all to yourself to relax. Upon request, breakfast and a wholesome dinner prepared by my mother, Ivana, with local products from our own production. Here you slow down, breathe, and feel at home. We look forward to seeing you!

Our small library is a beating heart, where you can take a book that intrigues you, immerse yourself in its pages and at the time of departure leave another one in gift, creating a continuous cycle of literary discoveries.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Tiny house on a farm

An oasis of silence where you can really unplug. A mini-house surrounded by nature where you can hear the chirping of birds, the frequent howling of wolves and where you can spend time with farmyard animals. Just 25 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the mountains, close to places of historical and natural interest and a starting point for hiking trails.
