House vacation rentals in Guanajuato

We really liked the property. It has many areas where everyone from children to adults can have fun. Very well equipped with all the basics required. In general, everything is good.

We loved it! Everything is very central and the house is identical to the photos. The service was friendly and the pool was great to enjoy as a family. We would return without hesitation

The only inconvenience were the neighbors throwing buckets at 6am however I was not dependent for anything on Arg. Everything was great

We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The house is very comfortable. Marta(housekeeper) is a gem and does a great job. Vani greats you at check in and is an excellent communicator. The house sits high above San Miguel and the covered terrace is expansive, cool and relaxing. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for the chef and the living room is comfortable. The house is quiet away from the sounds of traffic, barking dogs & fireworks. Just outside the house are the steps that lead you to town. The bottom of the steps is a large park (Juarez) and the centro is just a short walk. We explored the city in the day and returned in a taxi(80 pesos) to the house in the evening where we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We stayed in May, the hottest month in San Miguel. The house is well ventilated, screen doors, windows & fans circulated the air and we were never hot. This is an excellent house and the owner truly cares for the comfort of their guest. Many thanks!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

Beautiful views from the rooftop decks! Home is centrally located and walkable to all the sights and restaurants of SMA. Guillermo was extremely kind and responsive and answered any questions we had within 10 minutes via the app. He was very accommodating! Would recommend bringing your own shampoos and soaps as those were not available.

The house is amazing, we had a great time, the pool is warm and you can enjoy it in the evening as well as many other areas, we played pool and we were talking in its amenities, undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we have visited, super recommended!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was so great, that it alone makes me want to revisit the city! The Wi-Fi was faster than mine is back home, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed was beyond comfortable, the shower was big and the water got hot quickly and the bathroomwas big as well with a washer and a dryer. The outdoor space was so peaceful and it was really lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine or two. The owners are very nice and responsive and flexible. It is located in the best area of the city and you will not regret staying here, you will regret staying anywhere else!

I loved everything, the place is in a very quiet private area. Everything was very clean and tidy. I really liked the space and Pablo was attentive from the time of booking, giving us recommendations and directions. Excellent choice to spend time with friends or family.

I would definitely go back, at first I was a little scared by how much I had to walk, but it's really like that in all of Gto, so take it as a rehearsal for what's to come😆. It is a very quiet place, it has everything you need, the instructions are very clear but if you have any questions about anything, Sebastian and the administrators respond super fast and are attentive to 💯

This was the perfect place for us! Walkable to everything in the center of town and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had the basics we needed. Hot water in the shower and an AC upstairs above the bed made this a very comfortable stay.

Communication with Maria Fernanda was excellent, she is very open to meeting the needs of the group. As for the accommodation, the terrace has a very good view and the rooms are very spacious.

Our family loved the stay with Christopher! Like stated, Uber would pick us up right at the door, it is close to the main area where all restaurants are, teatro Juárez and main attractions, there are also like a few small stores where we were able to buy essentials from deodorant, toothbrushes to water, sodas and fruit, we would definitely stay at this home again in our next trip to Guanajuato, also, the fact that the house had 3 balconies, where we were able to have a mariachi serenade for my mother in law’s birthday, absolutely LOVED IT!!!! It was a lovely place, conveniently located near many attractions. It was exceptionally clean, and the host was very helpful and attentive.

We stayed at Casa Serena for almost 2 months. The house is charming and had everything we needed to feel at home and be self-reliant. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels were top-notch. Have a filtered water spout in the kitchen was a huge plus as it was great not to have to purchase and lug drinking water! The house is within easy downhill walking distance to the historic district with its lovely parks, museums, shops and restaurants. As is the case in many Guanajuato neighborhoods, the house sits on a hillside and so your walk back up from town is quite a workout! Still, that did not pose a problem for us. Alvaro was a perfect host. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and showed genuine concerns for our comfort and experience in his hometown. The welcome packet provided great recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try. Thank you too, Alvaro for the lovely sparkling wine you presented us with when we arrived. Thank you, Alvaro!

Super great host, they accepted the request within 20 mins and right away they started giving great recommendations with clear videos and instructions to use the house keys and doors.

Alex's Airbnb was a fantastic and spacious location, perfect for our group of 5 adults. The property was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. We rented all 3 apartments, which offered stunning views, especially at sunset. The beautiful orange tree by the pool added to the charm, and there was plenty of clean drinking water available. Coffee was provided, and the city views were incredible. The location was very convenient, and Alex was an outstanding host, providing clear communication and ensuring everything was well-organized.

It is much nicer than what you see, a very comfortable place, the host is super friendly and always attentive to everything, the house was very clean, an incredible view, and the person who received me was super friendly. I will definitely be back soon.
