Excellent house as it appears in the description. Alberto and Luis answer at all times they are super attentive and the house is clean, beautiful and in a nice area. Everything excellent will definitely be back.

Sergio was super friendly from the start :) The place is very quiet and safe (you have to request the pool a day before, due to the dates ours was not open) The house is very nice and comes with everything you need The house is 15 minutes from downtown San Miguel and about 7 minutes from Soriana Everything was wonderful

Everything was great. The only thing I would add, the stay for the elderly is a bit difficult since the kitchen is on the second floor and the third bedroom on a third floor. If you don't have that problem, then I highly recommend it.

The house is very spacious, very affordable for what it offers in terms of space and amenities. As shown in the pictures, if you visit this house you will have a very nice time with your family.

This house was Awesome! Michael greeted us even though we arrived very late due to some flight complications. Michael was also very responsive to our requests and was more than willing to help with some general questions about the town. The house was also very clean and the staff who came in daily were also very sweet. We had them make us some breakfast on a few occasions and it was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will likely stay here on our next trip to San Miguel.

The house is just as in the photos, Mexican, nice, quiet area, super close to the Alhóndiga on foot or by car, the parking lot seems like a super plus, in a place where there is so little space like Guanajuato, on the corner of the street there is a small garden, to take your pet, a super plus also that they admit our dog who is part of the family, it was clean and had what we needed at least for us to spend the scheduled days. The person who gave us the keys, friendly and concise. There was no interaction with the hosts; which did not cause any problems since the house has everything to make everything flow well. It feels like you live in a very typical place in Guanajuato. Linda experience for my family.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

We went as a family for the weekend and we were surprised by the size of its spaces, it is literally huge and very cool. The attention of the host and Mary was also exceptional 10/10

Comfortable home and great yard for the dogs. Centro is a bit far to walk but it means you are out of the noises that towns can produce, so was very peaceful and private. Host was very responsive.

The cleanliness was impeccable, nice place. But being such a personalized place with a lot of things, I felt a little bit like I was invading the space and felt pressure about what to touch and what not to. Upon arrival, it was a bit difficult to access the accommodation due to the security of the subdivision, I don't know if it was because we arrived a little late at night. The location was great for the purpose of our trip.

My stay was excellent. The place was as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well located. The host was very friendly, attentive and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I felt at home from the start. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Osacr is an excellent host, the apartment has everything you need and is super clean. The pool was warm and very clean. My grandchildren really enjoyed it. Plus the transportation to the center is incredible... Everything is great, 100% recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant. Ale is always attentive and very kind!! The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days!!! The pool with very warm water so you don't want to get out of it!! My family and I were very comfortable!! Many thanks for your hospitality!!

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

Excellent location 10 minutes from downtown, close to the bus stop and with good access to the roads. Friendly and kind host.
