Advocado and mango are grown in this amazing climate, sometimes referred to as Europe´s best. The house is situated that you are close to the beach, shopping and town center. You still have a very quiet surrounding to secure a good nights sleep.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

This beautiful unique house is close to the village plaza where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 4 floor property with a living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single bed, both with wonderful views of the mountains. There are 3 bathrooms (one on each of the first 3 floors). The rooftop terrace offers incredible views of the village and the mountains. There are several hiking routes from the village and free public parking within approximately 4 minutes walk.
