The cave is a natural underground house that is sustainable and bioclimatic, with a pleasant temperature year-round. Renovated with a lot of love, mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and Zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in both summer and winter. It is a mountain location at 1200 m above sea level. It is an area that is less hot in summer than many other places due to its geography, and it cools down nicely at night. It is 1 km from the village. The municipal pool is free in July and August.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Charming house just 3 km from Granada | Apt Tinao

The Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th century Andalusian farmhouse located in the country side 3 km from the city. It has 4 apartments of different capacity: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the cortijo. The Tinao apartment occupies the old hayloft and warehouse of agricultural tools. A duplex, with an open mezzanine and a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Surrounded by extensive gardens, swimming pool and parking.

La Gitana. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)
