The cave is a natural underground house that is sustainable and bioclimatic, with a pleasant temperature year-round. Renovated with a lot of love, mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and Zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in both summer and winter. It is a mountain location at 1200 m above sea level. It is an area that is less hot in summer than many other places due to its geography, and it cools down nicely at night. It's 1 km from the village. The municipal pool is free in July and August.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all amenities, in a B.I.C. environment (Asset of Cultural Interest) 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)
