When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Bravo to our 5-Star host and hostess - thank you!

Le Petit Boheme is a lovely recently refurbished property. It is extremely well equipped with lots of extras, so for us, as travelling from abroad, it was really helpful. Very generous to provide so many day to day items. Rebecca and Thierry were very welcoming and happy to help. The property was a short walk from the village centre with the most amazing little cafe and pastries. Beautiful surrounding area with so much to see and do within short drives. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you both.

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the poolside for more than a few hours! :)) Beautiful house, beautiful area, kind and friendly service from Eva and her husband. Great stay with friends in this very pretty house. The house is beautifully decorated and functional. We cooked without lacking any utensils. Very pretty area! We recommend it and will be back!

The setting is very pleasant, quiet with the large pool and parking space. The welcome is warm and provides instructions and tips for visits, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay, during which we traveled to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve and many others. Regarding the accommodation, the separate toilet from the shower room is a real plus. There are the essentials on site (washing machine and clothes rack, kitchen accessories, dish towels, etc.).

We had a great time where we were able to discover Berlou and the surroundings. Our hosts have given us everything we need. I would this property.

I had the pleasure of staying two nights in a remarkably decorated, bright, quiet and perfectly equipped accommodation. The setting is both peaceful and very pleasant. I would like to thank Sabine and Eric for their high quality welcome, availability and sense of service. Their wise advice on local activities and good addresses greatly enriched my stay. I also had the chance to discover local products made available in the accommodation. It was a very successful experience, which I will be happy to repeat to continue discovering the region.

Sophie and Hamed are very friendly hosts, we had a great welcome, even with small gifts (wines, sweets...) in short, nice touches. Sophie sent me many good tips nearby, she is very responsive, attentive, available. In addition, they gave us the option to check in earlier and check out later. The house is very clean and well-equipped, there is everything you need to cool off during this hot period (air conditioning and fans in each room) The pool and dining areas are great. We are 9 people very satisfied with this stay. We recommend these charming hosts and this accommodation which, in addition, is well located (quiet neighborhood and close to popular clubs and restaurants)

Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend

Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

We had a lovely time! The house is really beautiful, and having the beach only a 10-minute walk away is a real luxury. It was lovely to spend a weekend without needing to touch the car.

Hello Alain - a wonderful vacation in Barcaras has come to an end. As you can see from the review, everything was great. Marie welcomed us very nicely and looked after us. Thanks to Marie. Since everything was fine in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans the small beds - but that is in the description. The interior is all great as described. The stairs are very steep, you should also know that - you should be fit. The location - wow, just great. The view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also pre-season and nothing was happening. Brioche, our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain, you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

We had a great time at Gregory's beautiful villa! Very well-equipped house as described. Modern, functional, a very well-appointed exterior (plants and pool) and quiet … everything you need for a good relaxing vacation! The location is ideal for visiting the area! Gregory is responsive and concerned about the well-being of the tenants! Thanks also to his sister who welcomed us very warmly! Yannick is a friendly host, was always quick to reach. The accommodation was freshly cleaned and matched the description. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. It is located just outside between Agde and Cape d'Agde. You should have a car. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.
