Very nice apartment with a view of Grazel beach from the small terrace. Functional, clean and well-decorated accommodation. Everything is within walking distance, it's convenient! Great directions from Stephanie for access to the accommodation. One small downside: a little noisy with the young people who come to party on the beach... otherwise nothing to complain about. We'll be back this summer!

Beautiful accommodation in front of the pond and sea, on the 1st floor with easy stairs, very nice terrace. Many nearby restaurants and shops, but the accommodation is very quiet. Very complete equipment including washing machine and essentials. I only spent 2 nights but enjoyed it a lot. Fellow cyclists, this is a beautiful stop, especially since the surrounding routes are superb, and the bikes benefit from a secure room.

Thanks to Sébastien for his responsiveness and clear instructions for getting into the home. The apartment is in a good location, next to Grazel beach and restaurants. It is tastefully decorated and very functional. The terrace is very nice. We will keep the address for a future stay!

The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make guests' stay easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the cathedral. You can see it from the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that we could not make work properly and the lack of towels to wipe our hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more convenient. We had a great time in Avignon!

We had a great night in your accommodation. It's quiet, the bed is super comfortable, easy to access on foot. We were able to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi. I recommend the accommodation to everyone. Great host always available and super nice.

From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. The BnB is stunning and needs to be experienced over any words I can share. The space was relaxing and the attention to detail incredible. I would definitely recommend. We wanted to stay an extra night but it was already booked. So happy we found this space to stay.
