Private parking space. No WIFI *Linens and towels not provided but possibility to rent them for 10 euros* Chalet beach is a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride.

Small cocooning apartment with Wi-Fi

Small fully refurbished apartment. All furniture and equipment are brand new. Very quiet residence. Located on the second floor without elevator. Close to the old village, the cottage beach and the Port. Private parking space. Linens and towels are provided. ( linen washed at 60 degrees). As with each tenant departure, a meticulous cleaning is carried out and it is even more intensified (wrists, switches, etc.) since the COVID-19 crisis.

A pathway lined with palm trees leads to a marina, where sailboats are docked in the calm water. Bright blue skies and scattered clouds are visible, enhancing the coastal ambiance. Green shrubs frame the edges of the walkway, providing a natural border.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
