The apartment of 25 m2 is composed of a living room with a non-convertible sofa, dining area, a kitchenette (washing machine, 2 plates, refrigerator, microwave), a bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace, a parking space. The apartment must be left clean or cleaning option €30, linen provided.

This luminous accomodation comes with an AC. Close by all touristics sites and amenities. Terrasse with port and Clape view (without its noises) you can take your meals and enjoy sun bathing (transats are porvided). At your disposal prospectus for activities around the area and my favourite restaurants/caterer/snacks. Private parking for the accomodation and public free parking is next by. Very nice sunny, quiet apartment.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter, the square hosts 3 markets. In summer, the streets are also invested in all that makes the Mediterranean markets charming. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoor space. To climb up to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children as well as for people with limited mobility.

The famous beach of chalets and its typical chalets on stilts are less than 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike (possibility to go there on foot along the channel).
