Beautifully decorated, the cottage consists of a ground floor with 2 bedrooms and shower room, separate toilet and upstairs, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet, shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped. At the foot of the chalet, closed location to store surfboard, sail, bikes..... Close to the sea 50 m, playground, volleyball court, funfair, beach restaurant, shops. You can get everywhere on foot.

Located at the port on the right bank, between the village of Gruissan and the chalets. it consists of a small bedroom with a double bed 120x190cm and a BZ sofa with Dunlopillo mattress in 160x200cm. Private parking space. No WIFI *Linens and towels not provided but possibility to rent them for 10 euros* Chalet beach is a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride.

Small village house, warm and comfortable, located in the heart of the old village of Gruissan, in a nice area, close to many shops and tourist sites. Composed of a small living room, fully-equipped kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (140x160 beds), 2 bathrooms (showers) and 2 separate toilets. TV & Wifi! No Clim = fan. Plage des chalets 2 km away. Choice of fee: cleaning + linen (€60), cleaning alone (€40), linen alone (€20).

Bed in 140,sofa bed, shower room, toilet , seating area with fridge , microwave , coffee maker, kettle. 200m from the sea and shops , on the beautiful site of the chalets. Homemade lunches and in AB Free parking in front of the property. “The peninsula”, is the extra room….shall see ☺️ 🙂 reflexology , cranial massage at preferential rate.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

Cozy and relaxing studio

Bright studio located on the 2nd floor of a private residence, quiet parking side (outdoor parking) common pool (open June to September). Close to all shops. The studio consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, large bay windows, TV, Wi-Fi, multiple storage, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. a non-cashable deposit check of €50 is required upon arrival.

Wooden cottage on stilts, 4 bedrooms, recently built

Chalet on modern stilts, all wood, comfortable, 80 m2 +25 m2 terrace, 2nd line, 100 m from the beach and with views of the pond, quiet, at the end of the chalet beach. Ideal for a living room in nature and in any season thanks to a wood burning stove and air conditioning. Cars can be parked at the bottom of the chalet.
