Family-friendly vacation rentals in Grottammare

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Ottima accoglienza, Marzia presente per ogni necessità. Sistemazione piacevole in un contesto rilassante. Piscina e zona solarium curati e ben tenuti.

Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari gentilissimi e amichevoli, ci hanno accolto calorosamente. L’alloggio magnifico, ricco e pulito, una villa bellissima nell’entroterra marchigiano, ottimo per vacanze tra amici o in famiglia. Consigliatissimo

Ev ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şeye sahipti. Denize 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Yüksek konumu sayesinde geceleri daha serindi. Manzarası ve terası çok güzeldi. Bu bölgeye yapacağımız bir sonraki seyahatimizde kesinlikle bir daha tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Host molto disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno, sia nelle indicazioni su cosa visitare che nel consigliare attività o ristoranti. Amichevoli, gentili e estremamente ospitali. non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio! La casa era spaziosa e dalle finestre si apriva un panorama mozzafiato che lasciava senza parole. È situata nel cuore di Fermo, vicino alla Piazza del Popolo, e proprio come un piccolo museo conserva perfettamente lo stile del Settecento. Chiara e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è al primo piano e il marito di Chiara mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Chiara ha preparato per me una torta per la colazione: era deliziosa! Ho sentito tutto il calore e la cura con cui era fatta. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in un luogo così affascinante.

Ubytování bylo skvělé, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. K moři je to pěšky trochu delší, ale rádi jsme se prošli, mohli jsme si půjčit kola. Skvělé místo pro výlety do hor v Abruzzu. Celý výlet byl moc prima, užili jsme si ho a v budoucnu bychom se rádi vrátili.

L’appartement est très propre et spacieux, exactement comme décrit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Nous n’avons que de bons commentaires à faire sur la propreté et le confort du logement. Le seul petit bémol : les voisins du dessus étaient malheureusement assez bruyants en soirée (vers 22h-23h), ce qui rendait l’endormissement difficile et réveillait notre bébé. Mis à part cela, notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

We've stayed at dozens of AirBnbs around the world and look for unique stays with a host who lives in the community. Nadia epitomizes how AirBnb should be. We stayed in what was once her grandfather's home and her parents lived across the street. The pride she demonstrated toward her home, the community and this beautiful part of Italy was infectious. She responsive, helpful, speaks excellent English and prepares a delicious locally sourced breakfast. The cheese, honey, and her home made crackers were outstanding. The area is as the other reviewers describe. The Sibillini mountains are a gem. So is Nadia. Visit this lovely area for an authentic countryside experience

Casa su giardino in pieno centro storico a pochi passi dalla splendida Piazza di Fermo. Parcheggi comodi e staff super gentile. Ritornerò sicuramente molto volentieri e spero per un periodo più lungo.

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Ein Juwel von einem Haus, tolle Architektur, viel Charme, viel Raum und ein sehr guter Groove - hier könnte man auch dauerhaft leben. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man hat dort alles was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und klimatisiert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist sehr abgelegen, weshalb man zum nächst größeren Supermarkt einige Minuten fahren muss. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Eltern von ihnen auch. Sie haben einen super lieben Hund, der bei Bedarf aber auch nicht in den Hof gelassen wird. Es wird super viel Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen und es wurde mehrfach sicher gegangen, dass uns nichts fehlt.

Letizia und Piero sind fantastische Gastgeber! Sehr zugewandt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Begrüßten uns alle mit unseren Namen. Erklärten die Unterkunft ausführlich und bemerkten mehrmals, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, daß sie sofort zur Stelle wären. Meine Tochter fühlte sich nicht gut und sie haben uns zum Hospital begleitet, danach noch zur Farmacia. Und das am Feiertag! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, auch schon unseren Freunden von dieser schönen Unterkunft berichtet und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Grazei per tutto :)

This apartment is great, perfect I’d say. We stayed as two adults and a young kid and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious with spacious bedrooms. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with plenty to look at and nice and quiet. We had a hire car and drove up and down the coast and we’re so grateful to come back each night or have a relaxing pool day. You can’t really walk anywhere from here so a car is recommended. Most of all though, Elisabetta and her family were so welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. If this place is available, book it!
