The other unit of the villa is occupied by the owner. Ideal for a relaxing stay between beaches and mountains. Accommodation tax of €1.50 per person, max. 10 days.

È un appartamento luminoso e soleggiato con una grande terrazza ricca di piante fiorite e una pergola ombrosa, all'ultimo piano di un edificio in una strada tranquilla. La biancheria non è inclusa nel prezzo. E' al costo di € 15 per persona per soggiorno. In alternativa, gli ospiti possono provvedere personalmente portando la propria biancheria.

Not having houses in the immediate vicinity, the house allows you to fully enjoy your stay in absolute freedom (even with music until late at night). A barbecue and wood-burning oven are available.

L’appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato quindi potrete usufruire di uno spazio nuovo, moderno e confortevole. Potrete godere di un buon caffè al vostro risveglio guardando il mare e della vicinanza della spiaggia che si trova a soli due minuti a piedi (ti basterà attraversare la strada!).
