Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Surrounded by forest, meadows and the rippling Goldbach, the house is an ideal place for a break, creative workation or relaxed family time.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The guest apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house, about 1 km (about a 10–12-minute walk) from the city center. It has a separate entrance and includes everything you need to feel good. We provide one free parking space on the premises. Public transportation is right outside the door, and Paradiespark, Jena's Kernberge, and hiking trails are within minutes walking distance.
