Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Vacation home on the Ilmtal Cycling Path

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Kombi-Ofen und Geschirrspüler voll ausgestattet. Gerne stellen wir Kinderstuhl/Babybett bereit. Es befindet sich in der Kurstadt Bad Kösen, nahe dem Weingebiet. Der Bhf ist in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Straße verfügbar. Check-in erfolgt über ein Online-Formular.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

Guest apartment in the countryside on the outskirts of Weimar

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

The studio is a very special place: a large apartment with a bed, 2 additional separate bedrooms, balcony, giant sofa and above all a long table where everyone can find a seat. It offers the space you need to meet: to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, kickoffs, girls' nights, men's nights, family reunions, Christmas, Easter.....With a kitchen island and freestanding bathtub - sociability and or relaxation - and that with a view of the treetops.

Vacation apartment Klitsch (Naumburg)

Our approximately 60 m² vacation apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to four people. Two bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (including stove, microwave, and washing machine) ensure comfort. The modern bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and parking spaces in front of the house are included. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends.

Natural living with style

The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.
