The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
