It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and close to nature. We have converted part of the barn into a spacious apartment, which is located on the ground floor and has its own access. The landscape can be perfectly explored by bike, but also the coast, a trip to the East Frisian islands, various cities and even a detour to the Netherlands are easily reached by car from here.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday for two or with the family. The cozy decor creates a homely atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering. From the living room you have an unobstructed view of the approximately 1500 m² garden with terrace.

The house has a long history - first serving as a moped workshop in the 40s, later as a stationery/school supply store, and finally as a branch of a bank. Now, we've brought it back to life and look forward to guests who want to enjoy a few relaxing days here.
